It is ok. Use the free version.
I like that is shows you the move and times it. I like that. I dont want to watch a video. I just want to focus on moves. Which met my needs. I used the free version for a while and then upgraded. But, waste of money. The free version is about the same. Save your money and just keep free version. Paid version needs more variety. Workouts need to change. It is same moves every day. Paid versions just adds a couple of more moves. Not an up grade in my opinion.
Easy to use/Little bit boring
Could use a 5 secondes pause between positions. Should add a music backgroung.
